My relationship with Tilda via GAIN began with editorial. I'd write lots of foodie blogs, offering tips to those looking for dinner-time inspiration. The content varied from celebrating cultural moments, like China's Mooncake Festival, to explorations of new flavours, like Korea's famous gochujang.
I was later tasked with refining the brand's personality, articulating its fascinating history, and creating writing guidelines to ensure consistency across the board.
Fun fact: Did you know that the name Tilda is the amalgamation of the founders' daughters' names, Tila and Daksha? Now you do.
